Shepreth Beer and Music Festival

Yo-ho! A HUGE Plough welcome to the 2026 Shepreth Beer & Music Festival - bigger and better than ever!

Our beer selection this year is curated by the dream ale team of Joe and Callum, The Plough Beer Gurus. Once again, we are supporting and showcasing our friends, new and old, from local breweries.

You may remember our scheming with Royston’s Buntingford Brewery in 2024, the result of which was the festival launch of our very own Shepreth Best Bitter. This is now our most popular ale by a country mile, and exclusively on draft at The Plough Shepreth. So now, we are currently brewing our own Shepreth Hazy Pale with our friends and local heroes, Pixie Brewing.

We will be launching the results very shortly at a very special event – keep your eyes on our socials for details.

As to our live music and DJ line-up, it continues to astonish me how many incredibly talented musicians apply to grace our stages across

the weekend. This year, alongside showcasing some of our local and regular talent, we welcome back long-time partners, NMG (New

Music Generator) who will be taking over the stages on Saturday with some of the most astonishing new, original upcoming bands

and artists, fresh from last week’s awards, and the hugely popular weekly NMG radio show.

On Sunday C.A.L.M. take over the stage supporting music and traditional culture from across the globe.

I make no apology for encouraging you to purchase as many “I Support Live Music” tokens as you can across the weekend. There are over

seventy musicians, engineers, backstage crew, roadies, presenters, comperes, etc. etc. involved in bringing you this fantastic line up

across three days. Please help us support them all as much as you can. Every penny goes directly to the musicians that play at The

Plough.
